Terms of Use

Article 1 Purpose
These Terms and Conditions are intended to set forth the rights, obligations and responsibilities between the Company and the User with respect to the use of the Class Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) provided through the online reservation system operated by Letré Holy Water (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).

Article 2 Definitions

  1. “User” means a person who accesses the services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms and performs activities such as reservations, payments, etc.

  2. A “class” is a perfume-making experience that the company offers offline.

Article 3 Service Content and Provision

  1. Classes include: perfume making, bottle selection, sticker making, etc.

  2. Reservations can be made through the homepage, and a single reservation is enough to open a class.

  3. Classes are available after you confirm your reservation.

  4. When you pay by card, you will be subject to a pre-screening process (which can take up to 1-2 hours), andyou will be notified of your class confirmation after the screening.

Section 4 Reservations and Payments

  1. Reservations can be made in real-time, but can be booked up to 90 days inadvance.

  2. Your participation is not confirmed until you confirm your reservation.

  3. Parking is not provided, please use the nearby paid parking garages.

Section 5 Refunds and Changes

  1. Changes and cancellations are free up to 1 day before the reservation date.

  2. Same-day reservations cannot be changed/canceled after 30 minutes of booking.

  3. If you are late for your appointment, you will not be allowed to participate in the class and will not receive a refund.

Section 6 Your Obligations

  1. You must comply with these Terms and applicable laws.

  2. You may be banned from the service if you steal someone else’s information, disrupt a reservation, or enter false information.

Article 7 Miscellaneous

  1. These Terms are subject to change, and we will post any changes on our homepage in advance.

  2. Anything not set forth in these Terms is governed by applicable law or common law.
