Q. I want to cancel or change my reservation.
You’re free to change or cancel up to 1 day before your reservation date. Same-day reservations cannot be changed after 30 minutes.
Q. Where can I view my reservation history?
After logging in, you can find it in My Page – Booking History.
Q. How long does the experience take?
It takes 40-60 minutes total for 1-6 people. (This may vary depending on your situation).

You can only upload JPG and PNG files that are 10MB or less.
Q. What kind of experience can I have at L'Etre Seoul Forest?
We offer a more personalized experience with scent recommendations based on brain measurements and consultations with perfumers.
Q. What does it mean to create flavors through brain measurements?
RETTRE is a system that uses a technology called fNIRS to analyze your preferences, emotions, and other responses, and then creates scents based on that data.
Q. Can I change my address before the letter arrives?
Letters cannot be redirected or destroyed in the process.
Q. What's it like to receive a letter a year later!
The RETTRE PROJECT is a project that delivers a letter containing precious memories and the location of the day back to you one year later. You can write and receive letters to each other or send them from your current self to your future self. RETTRE PROJECT can only be sent to addresses in Korea.
Q. What is the perfume capacity of the Seoul Forest branch?
It is only available in 50ml at the Seoul Forest branch.
Q. Do I need a photo to visit the Seoul Forest branch?
Yes, photos are a must! Since L’Etre Seoul Forest is a space that creates memorable fragrances based on brain activity, you’ll need a photo that captures your memories or a photo you’d like to leave behind as a fragrance. Without photos, it’s hard to experience.
Q. I have a large group, how do I make a reservation?
Since the capacity of each branch varies, please contact us separately via Naver Talk or Instagram DM for reservations of 7 or more people for the Seoul Forest branch.
Q. Can one person create multiple fragrances?
It is possible for one person to create multiple copies of the same scent. If you want to create multiple different scents, you need to reserve as many people as there are scents.
