Q. I want to cancel or change my reservation.
You’re free to change or cancel up to 1 day before your reservation date. Same-day reservations cannot be changed after 30 minutes.
Q. Where can I view my reservation history?
After logging in, you can find it in My Page – Booking History.
Q. What kind of experience can I have at RETTRE HONGDAE?
It’s an experience where you explore a variety of scents, select scents that suits you, and create your own unique fragrance with the guidance of a perfumer.
Q. How are RETTRE's scents created?
Each store is curated based on a lot of customer responses and data.
Q. Can I change my address before the letter arrives?
Letters cannot be redirected or destroyed in the process.
Q. What does it mean to receive a letter one year later?
The RETTRE PROJECT is a project that delivers a letter containing precious memories and the location of the day back to you one year later. You can write and receive letters to each other or send them from your current self to your future self. RETTRE PROJECT can only be sent to addresses in Korea.
Q. What bottle sizes do you offer?
RETTRE SEONGSU offers 50ml and 100ml.
Q. I don't know much about perfume. Which class should I choose?
If you’re new to fragrance, or if you prefer a popular scent that’s easy for anyone to enjoy, the My Own Perfume Class is perfect for you. For a more personalized and in-depth experience with niche scents, we recommend the Niche Perfume Class.
Q. I have a large group, how do I make a reservation?
The maximum number of participants varies by branch.
For the Seongsu branch, please contact us via Naver Talk or Instagram DM for reservations of 14 people or more.
